1. The puppy cost is _________ Born_____________
2. The puppy is guaranteed to have received all appropriate vaccinations and worming by the time of purchase this would include 2 of the three series of shots and an all around wormer of Nemex. This puppy is guaranteed healthy that is having no genetic default or disease that will drastically effect or shorten said animals normal lifecycle. All Medical responsibilities are at the new owners expense and the buyer is encouraged to get a vet check to confirm the animals health.
3. If for health reasons the puppy is deemed unfit the seller will replace the puppy as soon an possible.
4. The buyer guarantees a healthy happy environment for the animal.
5. If the new owner can no longer provide or no longer wishes to care for the before mentioned animal. They will inform the seller and give seller first opportunity to place the animal in a appropriate new home.
6. Puppy is sold on a LIMITED REGISTRATION. The puppy must be spayed or neutered before it is 10 months old .This puppy is not to be bred, when buyer has proven spay or neuter by showing copy of the veterinarian receipt of procedure. Seller will then provide full registration paperwork. |
